This cacao grew up under native shade trees among a colorful diversity of flora and fauna—in agroforestry ecosystems designed to conserve the biodiversity of the jungle. We hope you can taste the purity and exuberance of the land, as well as the care and intention of the producers: an extraordinary farming cooperative of 60 families in Selva Lacandona, Chiapas.
